Khaleda wants to create anarchy, violence: Inu

DHAKA, July 17, 2017(BSS)-Information Minister and president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) Hasanul Haq Inu, MP, said yesterday that BNP leader Khaleda Zia wants to push the country beyond the constitutional limits and create anarchy and violence in the country. Her agenda was not election but an unconstitutional set-up.

The minister was speaking at the 7th memorial meeting of former general secretary of his party, Zafar Sajjad Khichchu at the Shaheed Taher Memorial auditorium at Bangabandhu Avenue.

Inu said that the national responsibility of the democratic political forces of the country was to organize an election in due time. Neither war criminals nor fire-arsonists could be sanctified in the name of democracy or polls.

Mentioning that the deceased leader Zafar Sajjad Khichchu had throughout his life fought for the poor and toiling masses he appreciated Khichchu's political integrity and courage, which should be emulated.

The meeting was presided by Nurul Akhter, joint secretary of JSD's city unit, while other central and city leaders also spoke.
