IGCC's 'Rabindra Sangeet' evening held at National Museum

DHAKA, Aug 6, 2017 (BSS) - Indira Gandhi Culture Centre (IGCC) organized a 'Rabindra Sangeet' (Tagore song) evening titled "Borshar Gaane Rabindranath" at Sufia Kamal Auditorium of Bangladesh National Museum at Shahbagh in the city on Saturday.

Renowned singers Swati Sarker, Avik Deb and Sumaya Imam performed Tagore songs at the function, said an Indian High Commission press release here today.

The songs rendered by the singers included 'Eso Shyamolo Sundoro', 'Badolo Diner Prothomo', 'Aji Jhorojhoro Mukhoro', 'Nishitho Rater Badolodhara', 'Nil Anjonoghono', 'Shaono Gogone' and 'Megher Pore Megh'.
