Weather may little change in next 72 hours

DHAKA, March 18, 2017 (BSS) - Rain or thunder shower accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions with isolated hails at places.

"Day temperature may fall by (1-2) degree Celsius and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country," Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) said in a release.

The Sun will set in the capital at 6:09 pm and tomorrow's sunrise would be here at 6:04 am, it said.

The highest rainfall was recorded 13mm in Sylhet. Met office forecast that weather may little change for next 72 hours.

Country's highest temperature was recorded at 34.2 degree Celsius at Jessore and maximum temperature today was recorded at 14.7 degree Celsius at Rajarhat.
