Met office predicts rain

DHAKA, August 5, 2017 (BSS) - Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places in Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at a few places in Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places across the country.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a Met bulletin.

Country's highest temperature on Friday was recorded 34.8 degree Celsius in Maizdicourt and today's minimum temperature 24.5 degree Celsius in Rangamati.

The sun sets at 6.39 pm today and rises at 5.30 am tomorrow in the capital.
