Light to moderate rain likely

DHAKA, Oct 1, 2017 (BSS) - Light to moderate rain or thundershowers
accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at some places over the country.

Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, said a met office release here today.

Country's highest rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6 am today was
recorded 127 millimeters (mm) in Mymensingh.

Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded 34 degrees celsius at Tangail while today's lowest temperature 22.6 degrees celsius at Dinajpur.

The sunsets at 5.46 pm today and sunrises at 5.50 am tomorrow in the
capital.
