Light to moderate rain likely

DHAKA, Oct 6, 2017 (BSS) - Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country.

Day and night temperature may fall by 1-3 degree celsius at southern part of the country and may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country, said a Met bulletin today.

Country's highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 24 degree celsius at Khepupara and today's minimum temperature 37.2 degree celsius in Tangail.

The sun sets today at 5:41 pm and rises at 5:52 am tomorrow in the capital.
