Three bills placed in JS

SANGBAD BHABAN, Sept 11, 2017 (BSS) -Three different bills were placed in the Jatiya Sangsad here today.

Agriculture Minister Begum Matia Chowdhury introduced two separate bills- the "Seeds Bill- 2017" and the "One Stop Service Bill, 2017" in the House.

Placing the "Seeds Bill- 2017", she said the seed, is one of the basic ingredients for crops production and that is why the government wants continuation of quality seeds supply among farmers in the country.

The minister also introduced the "One Stop Service Bill, 2017" and said that the bill would ensure regulation activities to raise investment and business in the country and the one stop service would play as a crucial strategy.

Besides, Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim placed the "Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons Bill, 2017.

Accordingly, the bills were sent to the respective parliamentary standing committees for scrutiny and reporting back to the House.
