DHAKA, Jan 31, 2024 (BSS) – State Minister for Commerce Ahsanul Islam
Titu today said that Mongolia has expressed its keen interest to
recruit skilled human resources from Bangladesh in different areas
including doctors, nurses, and engineers.
The interest was expressed when the non-resident Ambassador of
Mongolia Ganbold Dambajav met the State Minister at his office at
Bangladesh Secretariat today, said a Commerce Ministry press release.
Mentioning that many skilled workers of Bangladesh are now working in
different countries of the world with reputation, Ahsanul said that
the Bangladeshi workers have great demand in the overseas labour
market.
In this regard, the Mongolian Ambassador showed his interest to
recruit skilled human resources from Bangladesh especially doctors,
nurses, engineers, in construction and agriculture sectors.
Since Mongolia has declared English as the 2nd language of the
country, the State Minister requested the Ambassador to recruit more
manpower and students skilled in English language.
Ahsanul urged the Mongolian Ambassador to import pharmaceutical items
from Bangladesh.
