LONDON, March 4, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - Europe's main stock markets steadied at the start of trading on Monday following a largely positive start to the week for major Asian indices.

London's FTSE 100 index dipped 0.1 percent to 7,673.53 points.

In the eurozone, the Paris CAC 40 shed 0.1 percent to 7,925.94 points and Frankfurt's DAX index was flat at 17,736.42
