DHAKA, April 24, 2024 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Jewelers Association (Bajus) has
announced to reduce the price of gold again by Taka 2,139 per bhori (11.664
grams) after the price of the precious metal drop in the local market.
The new rate is effective from 4:50pm on Wednesday.
On Tuesday (April 23), the price of gold has been reduced by Taka 3,136 per
bhori.
According to the new pricing, the price of high-quality 22-carat gold is set
at Taka 1,14,151 per bhori, 21-carat gold at Taka1,09,000 per bhori, 18-carat
gold at Taka 93,429 per bhori, and the traditional method price set at Taka
75,209.
