OSLO, April 25, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - Norwegian energy giant Equinor on Thursday posted a 46 percent drop in first-quarter net profit, weighed down by the fall in gas prices.

Quarterly profit came to $2.67 billion compared to $4.96 billion in the same period last year.
