DHAKA, May 7, 2024 (BSS) - As part of "Pothe Pothe" initiative, Grameenphone Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Yasir Azman has started interacting with customers, field forces, distributors, and retailers across Bangladesh.
As a part of his tour across under special initiative, Azman exchanged views in Panchagarh, Thakurgaon, Nilphamari, Lalmonirhat and Dinajpur districts since Sunday, said a press release today.
During these discussions, Azman expressed Grameenphone's commitment to utilizing advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to deliver customers superior network experiences.
"By leveraging AI, we can predict customers' usage patterns, enabling us to efficiently meet network demands," said Azman.
Grameenphone is using this kind of technology not only in urban areas but also in remote areas to ensure a superior customer experience.
"The tours around various parts of the country is giving me a great opportunity to speak directly to our customers, retailers, distributors and our grassroots-level staff," said Grameenphone CEO.
He said that these interaction are helping him to gain real insights and knowledge about the actual situations on the ground.
"With the aid of AI and advanced technologies, we are committed to meeting these expectations. Our combined efforts to provide superior service to our customers will continue," he added.
