DHAKA, Nov 10, 2021 (BSS) - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), one of the first founding members of SAFA, observed International Accounting Day 2021 today.

     Dhaka Regional Committee-ICAB brought out a rally attended by CA members and multitudes of pupil from different CA firms, public and private universities to commemorate the day, said a press release.

     ICAB President Mahmudul Hasan Khusru, Chairman of ICAB-Dhaka Regional Committee Selim Reza, Secretary AKH Hasif Sowdagar and other members of DRC led the rally.

     The day is observed across the globe on the 10th of November every year.

     The South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA), a forum of professional accounting bodies of SAARC countries, celebrates the day to illuminate the importance of accounting profession on November 10th every year.
