DHAKA, Dec 12, 2021(BSS) - A Development Fair-2021, organised by the 
Ministry of Planning, was held today at the Bangladesh Planning Commission 
Shahid Minar campus in the capital.

  The objective of the fair was to showcase services and innovations made by 
the government offices situated on the Bangladesh Planning Commission, which 
have contributed to the country's development, said a press release. 

  State Minister for Planning Dr. Shamsul Alam inaugurated the fair by 
releasing balloons. 

  Secretary of planning division Pradip Ranjan Chakraborty, Secretary and 
member of the Bangladesh Planning Commission Abu Hena Morshed Zaman, Director 
General of Central Procurement Technical Unit(CPTU) Mohammed Shoheler Rahman 
Chowdhury, Additional Secretary of Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation 
Division (IMED) Dr Gazi Md Saifuzzaman and other officers and employees were 
also present at the event. 

   More than 500 visitors visited the IMED stall where success of IMED and 
CPTU were displayed.

   The e-GP system and Citizen Portal of CPTU were put on display in the 
stall. 

  The fair ended at 5pm on the day.
