DHAKA, Dec 22, 2021 (BSS) - President M Abdul Hamid today congratulated all concerned of the Bangladesh Under-19 Women Football Team for their victory over India in SAFF U-19 Women's Championship.

  In a congratulatory message, President Hamid greeted all the players, coach and officials of the team as well as Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) officials concerned for achieving the victory over India.

  Bangladesh won 1-0 goal in the final match against India that kicked off at 6 pm at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in capital's Kamalapur this evening.

  The President said this victory attained a reputation for the country football worldwide.

  The head of the state hoped that this trend of victory would continue in days to come.
