GOPALGANJ, June 07, 2023 (BSS) - Police in a drive arrested two drug peddlers with 100 pieces of yaba tablets from Mukusudpur Upazila of the district early today.

The detainees were identified as Washim Sikder, hailed from Goptorgati village in the Upazila and Khokon Mollah, an inhabitant in Barisal district.

Officer-in-Charge of Muksudpur Thana Abu Bakar Mia said on information a team of police conducted a raid at Khanderpara early today and held them with the yaba tablets.

Washim Sikder and Khokon Mollah were sent to jail.
