THAKURGAON, Nov 1, 2023 (BSS) - National Youth Day-2023 was observed in the
town today with enthusiasm.

To mark the day, district administration and district Department of Youth
Development jointly organised a procession that paraded different streets in
the town this morning.
 
A discussion, prize distribution ceremony and cheque distribution programme
were also arranged at the office of Department of Youth Development.

Deputy Commissioner Md Mahbubur Rahman addressed the discussion as the chief
guest with Deputy Director of district Department of Youth Development Monsur
Rahman Khan in the chair.

General Secretary of district unit Awami League Depak Kumar Rai, Relief and
Social Welfare Secretary Nazrul Islam Shapon, Mohila Vice-Chairman Masura
Begum and Training Coordinator of Youth Development Shahin Ara Sultana were
present, among others.
