SYLHET, Nov 10, 2023 (BSS) - Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Imran Ahmad today inaugurated three newly-constructed buildings of three educational institutions under Gowainghat upazila here. 

The institutions are Hakur Bazar High School, Imran Ahmad Girl's School and College and Goragram High School. 

In his speech at Hakur Bazar High School, Imran Ahmad said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina brought Bangladesh to a prestigious position in the world. "There is no alternative to Awami League for the development of the country," he added.

Imran Ahmad also urged people to cast their votes for boat in the upcoming election. 

Upazila Parishad Chairman Mohammad Faruk Ahmed, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Tahmilur Rahman, President of the Managing committee of Hakur Bazar High School Suvash Das, Principal of Gowainghat Govt College Md Fazlul Haque, Officer-in-Charge K M Nazrul Islam and Upazila AL President Mohammad Aslam were present.
