CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Nov 23, 2023 (BSS) - Cheques of Taka 3,36,000 were distributed among 15 students of the district as Bangabandhu Sports Education Stipend.

Deputy commissioner (DC) AKM Galiv Khan on behalf of Bangabandhu Krirashebi Kallyan Foundation distributed the cheques among the students as chief guest at a function held at his conference room on Wednesday afternoon.
 
Additional deputy commissioner (General) Ahmed Mahbub-Ul-Islam presided over the function while district sports officer Md. Jahangir Hossain gave the welcome speech.

Each of 13 students got Taka 24,000 and each of two others got Taka 12,000.
