SIRAJGANJ, Dec 4, 2023 (BSS) - Blockade supporters set fire to a covered van of Karatoa Parcel and Courier Service on the Pabna-Bogura highway in Navgram area under Ullapara upazila of the district last night.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Highway Police Station M A Wadud said that the covered van of Karatoa Parcel and Courier Service was going to Dhaka from Pabna.
 
When the covered van reached the area blockade supporters threw
brickbats and set fire to the front of the covered van around
9:45 pm and blockade supporters fled from the spot, he said.

Being informed, fire service personnel rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control, the OC added.
