RAJSHAHI, Dec 23, 2023 (BSS)-A total of 12 officers and members of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) were given honour as recognition for their good performance in discharging their duties in the metropolis.
 
They were accorded the honor in a monthly crime review meeting at the RMP headquarters here today with Commissioner Biplob Bijoy Talukder in the chair. 
 
In the meeting, various issues related to the law and order situation, combating juvenile crimes, expediting the community and beat policing activities, executing of the arrest warrant and progress of the investigation to the important cases were discussed elaborately. 
 
Speaking on the occasion, Biplob Bijoy Talukder urged his subordinates to discharge their respective duties with utmost sincerity and honesty to attain the trust and confidence of the peace loving people of the metropolis in general.
 
He said the honour will encourage and inspire other RMP members to do better performance.
 
Additional Commissioners Rashidul Hassan and Hemayetul Islam also addressed the meeting, among others.
