CHATTOGRAM, January 13, 2023 (BSS)-The Customs officials at Shah Amanat International Airport here today recovered gold weighing around 4.54 kilograms from a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight.

The officials of the Customs intelligence and the National Security Intelligence (NSI), acting on a tip off, conducted a joint drive and recovered the gold from under a seat of Bangladesh Airlines flight which came from Sharza this morning.

Legal action will be taken over the recovery, the source added.

The gold will be deposited to the government treasury soon.
