NAOGAON, March 2, 2024 (BSS) - The National Voters’ Day-2024 was observed in the district today with befitting manner across the country.

This year theme of the day is 'Sathik Tothya Voter Hobo, Smart Bangladesh Gore Tulbo'.

 On the occasion of the day,   a rally was bought out from the district election office premises which paraded the important streets and ended the same place   this morning.

After the rally, a discussion was held on the occasion at the   district election office organized by the District Election Office.

District Election Officer Md. Tarifuzzaman presided over the discussion.

Additional Superintendent of Police Ehsanur Rahman Bhuiya, Assistant Commissioner of Deputy Commissioner's Office Abdullah Al Mamun, Principal (retd) Professor Shariful Islam Khan, former commander of Bangladesh Muktijoddha   Sangsad of Naogaon District Unit Command Harun-ul-Rashid and former president of Naogaon District Press Club Md Kayes Uddin, among others, spoke.
