MANIKGANJ, April 2, 2024 (BSS) - The World Autism Awareness Day-2024 was observed in the district today as elsewhere in the country with various programmes.
 
On this occasion a discussion was held at the conference room of Deputy Commissioner.
 
Deputy Commissioner Rahana Akther was present at the discussion as the chief guest while ADC (Gen) Toriqul Islam, Manikganj Municipality Mayor Md. Ramjan Ali and Additional SP Imtiaz Mahbub were present as the special guests.
 
The function chaired by Deputy Director Social Service Department Abdul Baten was addressed, among others, by Executive Director Manikganj Disabled People Organization for Development (MDPOD) Md. Antaj uddin and CRP Manager Mahbubur Rahman.
