KHAGRACHHARI, Aug 15, 2024 (BSS) - The leaders and activists of Khagrachhari district unit of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and its affiliated organizations held protest and sit-in programme in the district today, demanding justice for the massacre and killing of students by the fascist government of Sheikh Hasina.

A large number of BNP leaders and activists, workers of Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal, Swechasebak Dal from different points of the town came to the district BNP office with a procession this morning.

District BNP General Secretary MN Abshar, Vice-Presidents Kshetra Mohan Roja and Monsuthwai Chowdhury, Joint Secretaries Advocate Malek Mintu, Mosharraf Hossain, Animesh Chakma Rinku, Organizing Secretary Abu Taleb, Sadar Upazila BNP President Mofizur Rahman, its General Secretary Abul Hasem Bhuiyan, Organizing Secretary Abul Kashem Russell, Sadar Municipal BNP General Secretary Nazrul Islam, its Organizing Secretary Mir Hossain, president of the District unit of Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Mohila Dal Kuheli Dewan, its General Secretary Shahena Akhter, District Jubo Dal  President Mahabub Alam Sabuj, its Organizing Secretary Wahidur Rahman Wasim and District Chhatra Dal General Secretary Zahedul Alam Zahid, among others, were present.
