RANGAMATI, Aug 15, 2024 (BSS) - The leaders and activists of Rangamati district unit of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and its affiliated organizations held protest and sit-in programmes in the district today, demanding justice for the massacre of students by the fascist government of Sheikh Hasina.

As part of the BNP's central programme, leaders and activists of the district BNP and associate bodies held protest and sit-in programmes.

Leaders and workers of BNP, Juba Dal, Chhatra Dal and Swechasebak Dal marched from important places of district town and held protest marches at different points of the district town.

Former Deputy Minister and BNP leader Moni Swapan Dewan, District BNP General Secretary Advocate Mamunur Rashid Mamun, its Vice-Presidents Saiful Islam Panir and Md. Babul Ali, joint Secretary Md. Ali Babar, Organizing Secretary Md. Saiful Islam Shakeel, Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Krishak Dal President of the district unit Alak Priya Chowdhury Rintu, District unit President of Jatiyatabadi Samajik Sangskritik Sangstha (JASAS), Md. Kamal Uddin, among others, were present in Alif Market area of ??the district town.
