CHAPAINAWABGANJ, August 18, 2024 (BSS): The 59th Battalion of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has provided free treatment to 520 people and distributed medicine at frontier areas of the district here today.

A medical camp was organised for this purpose at Telkupi Kalamdar Alim Madrasha field here.

Commanding Officer (CO) of the 59th Battalion of the BGP Lieutenant Colonel Golam Kibria attended the function as chief guest.

He said, as per the vision "the BGB should be the symbol of border security and confidence" of the Director General of the BGB, the medical camp was arranged.
