CHATTOGRAM, Aug 20, 2024 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) recovered three firearms and 22 rounds of bullets which were looted from various police stations in the port city on the eve of the victory celebration of the Anti-discrimination Student Movement on August 5.

Earlier, a total of 35 firearms and 275 rounds of ammunition and various arms were recovered on August 13 and handed over to the CMP headquarters.

Several police stations in the city, including Kotwali, Pahartali, Patenga and EPZ, were set ablaze and heavily looted on the day.
