PANCHAGARH, Sept 16, 2024 (BSS) - The holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi, marking the birth and demise of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH), was observed in Debiganj upazila of the district today as elsewhere in the country with due religious fervor and solemnity.

In observance of the day, Ahele Sunnat Owal Jamat Debiganj upazila brought out a rally from Bijoy Chattar area which paraded different street of the town.

A discussion meeting on the "life and ideals of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH)" was held at Central Eidgha ground.

A large number of leaders and workers of Ahele Sunnat Owal Jamat participated at the programme.

Discussion meetings on the "life and ideals of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH)" were also held at all mosques and a special prayer was offered seeking divine blessings of Almighty Allah for peace, progress and prosperity of the country and welfare of the Muslim Ummah.
