PANCHAGARH Sept 20, 2024 (BSS) - A minor girl was killed in a road accident

at Subouspara village in Debiganj upazila of the district this afternoon.

The victim was Sennya, 9, daughter of Md Sahinur Islam of Subouspara village
of the district.

Police said the accident took place as driver of a tractor lost control over
the steering and hit Sennya. She was waiting beside the road for her mother.
Sennya died on the spot.

Officer-in-charge Sohel Rana said being informed police rushed to the spot
and arrested the driver.

A case has been filed with Debiganj thana in this regard.
