CHATTOGRAM, Sept 25, 2024 (BSS) - Five shops were gutted in a devastating fire in the city's Bakalia area today.
 
Chandonpura Fire Service and Civil Defense office sources said the fire originated from a Scrap shop in the area around 5 am and quickly engulfed the adjoining shops.
 
One fire fighting unit from Chandonpura Fire Service and Civil Defense office rushed to the spot and brought the flame under control with the help of locals around 6 am.
