CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Sept 30, 2024 (BSS) - Members of Rapid Action Battalion
(RAB) arrested an alleged drug paddler at Bajitpur under Shyampur union of
Shibganj upazila in the district on Sunday night.

The arrested person was Md Azizul Hoque, 47 of Bhabanipur under Shibganj
upazila of the district.
 
RAB also seized one kg- of hemp from his possession

RAB said, acting on detective information, an operation team of RAB-5 raided
Bajitpur village around 5:30 pm and arrested Azizul with the hemp.

Later, the elite force handed him over to the police of Shibganj thana with a
case, the sources added.
