RANGPUR, Oct 14, 2024 (BSS)-General Secretary (GS) of Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal Nurul Islam Nayan has said there is no place for criminals and unruly people in Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
 
“Strict organizational measures are being taken against those who violate disciplines of the party,” he said in a joint meeting of BNP here today.

Leaders and activists of Rangpur district and metropolitan units of Jubo Dal, Swechchhasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal and Begum Rokeya University and Rangpur Medical College units of Chhatra Dal joined the meeting.
 
Nayan said, If elected BNP will form a national government under the leadership of Tarique Rahman. That's why Tarique Rahman should be kept in the seat of respect of other people.”

He said, people of Bangladesh are breathing a sigh of relief in the free Bangladesh following the student-people mass uprising. But conspiracy against BNP is still going on, he said urging people to remain alert against the conspiracy.

President of Swechchhasebak Dal SM Jelani, Chhatra Dal Senior Joint General Secretary Shyamol Malum, Chhatra Dal Central Committee Senior Vice-president Abu Afsan Yahya, Swechchhasebak Dal Senior Vice-president Yasin Ali and Vice-president Dr. Mofidul Alam Khan attended the meeting as special guests.
