Manikganj, Oct 16, 2024 (BSS) - The government has taken massive programmes to distribute incentives among 69,100 marginal cultivators for boosting Robi crop cultivation in all seven upazilas in the district during the Robi season.
 
Of the cultivators, 60,000 farmers will get incentives for mustard cultivation, 3,200 growers for maize cultivation, 1,000 cultivators for vegetable cultivation, and 1,400 cultivators for groundnut farming, according to the Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE).
 
The DAE sources said the distribution of incentives for black gram farming has already been completed.
 
The other incentives will be disbursed timely through the upazila agriculture extension office.
