LALMONIRHAT, Oct 20, 2024 (BSS) - A cattle trader was killed and three others were injured in a road accident in Tiktikir Hat area on Fulbari-Barobari Road under Sadar pazila in the district today.

The deceased was Shahidul Islam, 50, hailed from Kurigram district.

Local people said the accident occurred this morning in the Tiktikir Hat area on Fulbari-Barobari Road as a Votvoti (locally made three-wheeler) overturned. Shahidul Islam died on the spot.

Officer-in-Charge of Lalmonirhat Sadar Thana Abdul Quader confirmed.

A case was filed, he added.
