NETRAKONA, Oct 20, 2024 (BSS) - A month-long small and cottage industries fair began on the premises of old collectorate office in the district today.
 
Netrakona district press club arranged the fair to inspire the grass-root level small entrepreneurs for manufacturing the small and cottage industries and handicrafts products, said member secretary of the district press club Mahabubul Kibria Chowdhory Halim.
 
Deputy commissioner Netrakona Bonani Biswas formally inaugurated the fair.
 
 A large number of local people including district-level officers, civil society members and local journalists were present in the inaugural function.
 
A total of 50 colorful stalls of small and cottage industries and handicrafts products were put on display in the fairground.
