JESHORE, Nov 2, 2024 (BSS) - Joint forces in a drive arrested two siblings with firearm and lethal weapons from Barandi Mollapara area of the district town last night.

The arrested were Riazul Islam Setu, 35, and his brother Siamul Islam Simanta, 22, sons of Sirajul Islam of the area.

On a tip-off, a joint force conducted a raid at the house of Sirajul Islam in the area and arrested two brothers with the firearm and weapons, said Abdur Razzak, Officer-in-Charge of Jeshore Kotowali Police Station

The arrestees were accused of different cases in various police stations.
