RAJSHAHI, Dec 1, 2024 (BSS) - Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) has opened a jogging track at its central zoo and park for the public in general here today.

Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner and RCC Administrator Dr Dewan Muhammad Humayun Kabir opened the track as the chief guest saying the citizens will get benefits from the facility enormously.

Apart from the scopes of walking in the morning and afternoon, they have set up machines for checking blood pressure, weight and blood sugar, he added.

Administrator Dr Humayun Kabir said they have taken the initiatives to further develop the health services.

RCC Secretary Mobarak Hossain, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mohinul Hassam, RCC Chief Health Officer Dr AFM Anjuman Ara Begum and Veterinary Surgeon Dr Farhad Uddin were present.
