FARIDPUR, Dec 9, 2024 (BSS) - A man was killed and seven others were injured 
in a road accident at Majhkandi under Madhukhali upazila of the district 
today.

The deceased was M Milon, 25, a resident of Tepakhali area of Faridpur 
Pourasabha.

Sub-Inspector (SI) of Karimpur Highway Thana Samir Nandi said the accident 
took place in the area around 1 pm when a passenger bus hit a construction 
vehicle, leaving bus helper Milon dead on the spot and injuring seven others.

The wounded were sent to Faridpur Medical College Hospital, the SI added.
