RANGPUR, Dec 11, 2024 (BSS) - Rangpur District unit of Jatiyatabadi Krishak Dal (JKD) celebrated the 44th founding anniversary of the organisation through organising various programmes in the city today. 
 
The district and upazila unit leaders and workers of the organisation with placards and festoons brought out a colorful procession from the party office at the Ground Hotel Mour in the city. 
 
The procession concluded at the Shapla Chattar area in front of the party office at the Ground Hotel Mour after parading different city streets. Later, a rally was held there.
 
From the rally, Boro rice seeds were distributed to the farmers and assist them in preparing Boro seedbeds for growing seedlings. 
 
Convener of the Rangpur district unit of Jatiyatabadi Krishak Dal presided over the rally moderated by its Member Secretary Dil Mirajul Islam Dulu. 
 
Rangpur District BNP Member Secretary Md Anisur Rahman Laku addressed the rally as the chief guest. 
 
Among others, Presidents, General Secretaries, Conveners and Member Secretaries of all eight upazila units of Jatiyatabadi Krishak Dal and leaders of different municipality, union and ward units were present on the occasion.
