CHANDPUR, Dec 14, 2014 (BSS) - A day-long free medical camp was held today on the premises of Raldia Government Primary School under the Asikati union in Sadar upazila on the occasion of Martyred Intellectuals' Day.
The free medical camp was held under the initiative of the social organisation Al-Hilal Foundation to provide treatment and medicine to poor patients free of cost.

The local community expressed satisfaction and joy at the opportunity to access modern healthcare services for free.

Over 2000 patients, most of women and children, got health advice from specialist doctors along with free medicine at the daylong health camp.
