GAZIPUR, Dec 28, 2024 (BSS) - A college student was killed and another 
injured as a truck hit their motorcycle in the city's Targachha area this 
morning.

The deceased was Asif Adnan, 20, a student of Kabi Nazrul Government College 
and son of Amin Sharif, a resident of Raipur upazila in Lakshmipur district.

Police said the accident occurred when a speeding truck hit a motorcycle in 
the area, leaving its two riders critically injured.

The wounded were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where on-duty doctors 
declared Asif dead.
