DHAKA, Jan 21, 2025 (BSS) - A private car driver identified as Mohammad Saju Molla (22) was stabbed to death as a gang of snatchers attacked him early today at Bijoynagar Panir Tank area under Paltan police station here, police and hospital sources said.

 "The victim succumbed to his fatal injuries at about 5:30 am in Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) one hour after being stabbed," DMCH Police Outpost Incharge Inspector Mohammad Farooq told BSS today.

Victim Hailing from Gopalganj Sadar district, he used to reside at Mugdar Manda of Mugda at a rented house in the city. He has one child.

The body was sent to hospital morgue for autopsy, hospital sources added.
