SUNAMGANJ, Feb 27, 2025 (BSS)- Sunamganj district police today held a view-exchange meeting with local businessmen and journalists, marking the holy month of Ramadan at Police Super office.

Additional police super (DSB) Jakir Hossain, Additional police super (Sunamganj Sadar Circle) Jahidul Islam Khan, officer-in-charge of Sunamganj Sadar Model Thana Md Abul Kalam, DIO-1 Md Azizur Rahman, OC DB Mohammad Ahmed Ullha Bhuiyan, among others, were present at the meeting with acting police super Tapash Ranjan Ghose in the chair.

Besides, Sunamganj Press Club president Latifur Rahman Raju, market monitoring committee member Mohammad Shahjahan Chowdhury and Bazar Bebshayee Samity general secretary Jahid Hasan, among others, were present in the meeting.

During the meeting, they discussed about the overall security of the town, strengthening vigilance of police, and freeing the footpath from illegal occupation.
