NETROKONA, March 3, 2025 (BSS) - A youth was stabbed to death by 
miscreants over previous enmity in Mohanganj upazila of the district last night.

The deceased was Rabbi Mia, 22, son of Anis Mia, a resident of Tengapara area 
of Mohanganj municipality.

Some miscreants called Rabbi, stabbed him and fled away in Tengapara area of 
the poura town. After stabbing, Rabbi jumped into a local pond to save his life. 
Local people rescued him and sent him to Mohanganj Upazila Health Complex, 
said Md. Aminul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Mohanganj Police Station this 
morning.

After receiving primary treatment there, he was shifted to Mymensingh Medical 
College Hospital where, he succumbed to his injuries.

Police arrested two persons in this connection.
