CHATTOGRAM, Mar 09, 2025 (BSS) - Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) arrested 39 people on charge of creating unstable situation in the country.

The arrestees are troublemakers, planners and their collaborators, police claimed saying most of them belong to Awami League.

Several teams of the CMP conducted raids in different parts of the city in the last 24 hours to arrest them.

The arrestees were implicated in several cases under the Anti-Terrorism Act for attacks and other criminal activities during the student-led mass uprising.
