KHAGRACHARI, March 16, 2025 (BSS) - A human chain was formed protesting violence
against women and children at Khagrachari here.

Socheton Nagorik Committee (SNC), Jabarang Kallyan Samity (JKS) and Khagrapur Mohila Kallyan Samity (KMKS) jointly oganised the human chain.

SNC vice president Ongsui Marma, JKS programme coordinator Binodan Tripura, Youth
Engagement and Support member Priya Mohan Tripura and Active Citizen Group member Md Jahedul Alam, among others, addressed the human chain.

They demanded the culprits involved in women and child repression to be handed down death penalty in line with the law, if the allegations are proved in due legal process.
