MYMENSINGH, July 6, 2021 (BSS) – A total of seven more people died in Mymensingh Medical College Hospital (MMCH) corona unit in last 24 hours till this morning.

Among the death, 4 are female and 3 are male, of which, 3 died of Covid-19 and 4 had its symptoms, said focal person of MMCH corona unit Dr. Mohi uddin Khan Alamgir.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Nazrul Islam said after testing 663 samples, 169 have been detected with the virus during the time, raising the total infection to 8,817.

Some 261 patients have been cured from the lethal virus during the last 24 hours, he said.

So far 91 died due to the deadly virus in the district said the Civil Surgeon.
