CHATTOGRAM, Sept 11, 2026 (BSS)- Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain emphasized that in addition to the city corporation's initiatives it is essential for citizens to change their behaviour to eliminate dengue mosquitoes,

Each individual has responsibility to contribute to dengue prevention from their own position, he said during a anti-mosquito campaign at city’s Patenga area today.

“We do not want to see any more death caused by dengue. If we can destroy the breeding grounds of Aedes mosquitoes, we can control the dengue,” he said urging all to keep their surroundings clean and remove stagnant water in every three days.

Senior officials of the CCC were present at that time.
