RANGPUR, Feb 5, 2022 (BSS) - The total number of Covid-19 first dose recipient citizens rose to 1,08,41,703 with inoculation of 12,067 more citizens with the first dose of the jabs today in Rangpur division.
 
   "Among the 12,067 new first dose recipients, 3,755 were inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 42 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 3,935 Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 4,335 with Sinovac Covid-19 jabs today," said Divisional Director (Health) Dr Abu Md Zakirul Islam at 8:50 pm.
 
   The total first dose recipient 1,08,41,703 citizens include 38,34,729 people vaccinated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 51,81,264 people with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 1,31,849 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs, 16,81,393 with Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 12,468 with Sinovac Covid-19 jabs.
 
   Meanwhile, the number of the second dose recipients of Covid-19 vaccine rose to 66,08,954 with inoculation of more 31,837 people with the second dose of the jabs today in the division.
 
   Among the 31,837 second dose recipient citizens, 18,237 people were inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 8,165 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 5,415 with Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 20 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs in the division today.
 
   The second dose recipient 66,08,954 citizens include 16,41,051 inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 46,70,052 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 1,27,137 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs and 1,70,714 with Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.
 
   Besides, the number of the booster dose recipients of Covid-19 vaccine reached 1,96,164 people with the inoculation of 4,152 more citizens with the booster dose of the jabs today in the division.
 
   "The 1,96,164 booster dose recipients include 1,89,591 vaccinated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs and 6,573 Pfizer Covid-19 jabs," Dr. Islam added.
